Terms and conditions

Updated 28 September 2026

Adults only: 18 and over. Yallit is an adult social and dating community. Member content may contain nudity or other adult material. Do not register or use the service if you are under 18 or if access is unlawful where you live.

These terms explain the rules for using Yallit, including profiles, messages, group chat and photo albums. Read them before creating an account or buying a service. Keep a copy for your records.

1. About Yallit and contacting us

Yallit is operated by Ghozt Developers in Nelspruit, South Africa. For account help, cancellation, privacy requests, complaints or reports of unlawful content, email admin@yallit.com. Include your username and enough information to identify the issue. Never send your password, Google credentials or full payment-card details.

2. Eligibility and your account

3. Respect, consent and prohibited conduct

Respect other members' boundaries. Consent must be freely given and can be withdrawn. Stop contacting a person who asks you to stop.

Report suspected exploitation, non-consensual images or an underage account to our support address with the relevant username or page link. Do not download or resend suspected child sexual abuse material. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.

4. Your photos, ownership and private albums

Upload only material you own or have permission to share. Every identifiable person in an intimate image must be an adult who has consented to both its creation and its upload to Yallit. You are responsible for obtaining that permission.

You keep ownership of your content. You give Yallit a non-exclusive permission to store, process, resize, display and deliver it as needed to operate the service, honour your sharing settings, handle reports and comply with law. This permission does not allow other members to redistribute your content.

New photo uploads carry a visible Yallit watermark. It identifies the service and does not transfer ownership or prove that an image is authentic. A watermark is not copy protection.

Public album photos are intended for other members who can view your profile. Private-album photos are restricted by the site's access controls; you choose whom to approve and can remove that access. Approval to view is not permission to save, screenshot, repost, sell or share an image. Revoking access cannot retrieve a copy someone already made. Do not upload anything you are unwilling to risk being copied by a recipient.

You may remove your uploaded photos using the available controls. Requests about remaining records or copies should be sent to support. Records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve a dispute; deleting content does not erase another person's independently held copy.

5. Moderation and account restrictions

We may restrict access, remove content or suspend an account to address a breach of these terms, suspected unlawful activity, fraud or a security risk. We may preserve relevant evidence and respond to lawful requests from authorities. Contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error. We do not promise that every profile, image or message has been reviewed or verified.

6. Paid features, cancellation and refunds

Only purchase a paid feature when a live checkout is offered. Review the displayed price, currency, duration, included features and any renewal conditions before paying. A sandbox or test payment is not a live subscription purchase.

You must authorise each purchase or any clearly disclosed recurring arrangement. If a charge is incorrect, contact support with the transaction reference. Do not send full card details.

To cancel a service, dispute a charge or request a refund, email admin@yallit.com with your username and transaction reference. Account closure and cancellation of a payment arrangement may require separate processing; ask us to confirm both where applicable.

Your applicable statutory rights, including cancellation, cooling-off and refund rights, remain in force. Starting to use Yallit does not by itself waive those rights. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund policy or a mandatory cancellation fee. South African consumer and electronic-transaction legislation applies where relevant.

7. Personal information and your choices

Operating the service involves processing account and profile details, login information, messages, uploaded photos, album permissions and relevant service records. Information you put in your profile or share in a conversation may reveal sensitive matters about you. Share carefully and obtain consent before providing someone else's information.

Google sign-in uses information needed to authenticate and link your account, including your Google account identifier and email address. It does not give Yallit your Google password. Google's own terms and privacy information apply to its service.

Account and security cookies support sign-in and essential site functions. Blocking them can prevent those functions from working. Service providers may process information needed to deliver hosting, authentication or an offered payment service, subject to applicable law.

You may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion where applicable, and raise an objection or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights have legal conditions and exceptions. Contact support; we may need to verify your identity before responding. You can also complain to South Africa's Information Regulator.

Private albums use access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute confidentiality. Do not attempt to access information you are not authorised to view. Tell support promptly about a suspected security problem.

8. Availability, meetings and responsibility

We aim to operate the service with reasonable care. Maintenance, faults and events beyond our control can interrupt access. Members are responsible for their own statements and conduct. Use your judgement before sharing personal details or meeting someone, and do not send money to someone merely because you met them here.

Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility, consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee member identity, compatibility, safety, continuous availability or protection against every misuse of content. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes, disputes and applicable law

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies this version. Material changes affecting an existing purchase or consent will be handled subject to applicable notice and consent requirements; publication alone does not remove accrued rights.

South African law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact support first about a dispute. Nothing here prevents you from approaching a competent court, regulator or consumer body. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful.

10. Official legal information

For the underlying legal framework, see the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, and the Information Regulator's POPIA guidance. These links provide official information; they do not imply endorsement of Yallit.
